Right of withdrawal for CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. products

You have the right to withdraw from any CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. product order without providing a motivation and by means of any declaration, provided that it is explicit, delivered to CAR IA GOMME S.R.L.. Should you wish to return the products purchased, you can use the return label found in the package or print a new one through your personal page accessible through the CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. website. Should you not have access to a printer, experience problems downloading the return label or need a new label, contact the Customer Service (see contact details at the bottom of the page) to request a new one. Please always use the return label provided by CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. to avoid incurring in additional costs.

A customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing a reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the client itself acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In case of a contract for multiple items purchased as part of a single order and delivered separately, the period of 14 days starts from the day in which the client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the client itself acquires physical possession of the last item. It is also possible, yet not compulsory, to use the standard form that can be downloaded here or use the standard text at point 6.3. Should you decide not to use the standard form attached, you must provide a declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. It is also possible to fill in and send the standard form or any other explicit declaration through the CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. website. In this case, CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. will immediately send a confirmation of receipt in a durable medium (e.g. via e-mail). The withdrawal deadline is considered complied with if the declaration is sent within 14 days from when the client or a third party other than carrier and indicated by the client itself acquires physical possession of the last item ordered. In case of a contract for multiple items purchased as part of a single order and delivered separately, the period of 14 days starts from the day in which the client or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the client itself acquires physical possession of the last item.

Effects

Following the withdrawal from this contract, CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. will reimburse all the payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred when choosing a different type of delivery from the standard one offered by CAR IA GOMME S.R.L.), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. is notified about the clientís decision to exercise its right of withdrawal. Reimbursements will be made via the same method used while making the purchase unless otherwise agreed. In any case, you shall not incur in any cost as a consequence of the reimbursement. Reimbursements may be delayed until CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. receives the item returned or until you the client provides proof of postage. You must return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date when you communicated your wish to withdraw from the contract. Products must be returned – suitably packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirty and complete with all accessories, instructions for use and documents; – with their transport document (found in the original package) so CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. can identify the client (Order number, name, surname and address); – with no signs of use except for those compatible with normal testing (there must be no signs of prolonged use or anyway exceeding the time needed for a test and the item must not be in a state that makes them impossible to be resold). Should the product returned not be in line with what prescribed by the previous paragraph, the withdrawal shall not be effective. Return costs are covered by CAR IA GOMME S.R.L. provided that the client uses the return documents provided and ships the items from the Country of delivery. Return costs will otherwise be at the expense of the client. The client is responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling different than what needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
